Last weekend i had a chance to visit Teluk Intan for the famous "Chitra Pournami" celebration(In English-Tamil New year) As my friends are locals there, they brought me to this stall named: No1 Lo Han Kuo(Some chinese name) which serves really GOOD ice kacang which lots of variety to choose from, Located just beside "Anson Hotel" its just an open air stall with many sitting places.
